As the heart and founder of Bare Sugar & Wellness Spa, Shanoa is on a mission to help women rediscover their beauty—inside and out. With a deep passion for self-care and empowerment, she created Bare as a sanctuary where clients can shed life’s burdens and leave feeling radiant, cherished, and confident in their skin.

Her journey began at Marinello’s, taking her from Salinas to Chicago and back, where she planted the seeds of her dream. Today, her leadership and innovation continue to shape Bare into a space that prioritizes natural beauty, self-love, and holistic wellness. While she is no longer taking new clients, her dedication to elevating beauty and well-being remains at the core of every experience at Bare.

Cynthia

Licensed Esthetician

Cynthia is a dedicated esthetician with a passion for empowering women to embrace their natural beauty. She offers waxing, sugaring, facials, spray tanning, and full-body treatments, all with a focus on skin health and confidence letting your radiance shine!

A graduate of Wayne’s Beauty College in Salinas, CA, Cynthia loves educating clients, guiding them toward routines that enhance their natural glow. She values our holistic approach at Bare, along with our commitment to sustainability, and planet-friendly beauty.

Shannon

Licensed Esthetician

Shannon’s passion for beauty and precision shines through in every service she offers, from waxing, sugaring, lash lifts & tints, and brow lamination to spray tanning—with facials coming Summer 2025!

Originally drawn to makeup artistry, she discovered her true calling in esthetics while training at California Cosmetology Academy in Seaside, CA. Always seeking the best for her clients, Shannon fell in love with sugaring as a gentle, skin-friendly alternative to traditional waxing. With both expertise and heart, she’s dedicated to helping every client feel radiant, confident, and beautifully bare.

With her extensive knowledge of our services and her genuine passion for client care, she ensures every guest feels valued and at ease. Jhena is currently pursuing her Nursing Degree and enjoys spending her spare time with family, her pup, and discovering new food and adventures with friends.

Yasmin brings warmth and professionalism to our front desk, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. With her extensive knowledge of our services and her genuine passion for client care, Yasmin's friendly demeanor and attention to detail adds a personal touch guaranteed to enhance your experience. Outside of work, she is pursuing her MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology, she’s an avid reader and loves exploring new places and destinations.
